We want you to be happy with your purchases. So please check all items immediately upon receipt.

We understand that there are occasions that you may want to return items or that a parcel arrives damaged or faulty.

In this case, you must contact us within 14 days of receipt of your order and 24 hours for damaged or faulty by phone or by e-mail. We do however pride ourselves on our commitment to the highest levels of customer service and will consider cases on a case-by-case basis, subject to the situation, after this period.

If an item arrives damaged or is faulty, please inform us within 24 hours of delivery via e-mail. We will either refund you in full or try to replace the item for you. The sooner we receive the goods back, the sooner we can process the refund/exchange for you.

We cannot accept any responsibility for damaged reported after 24 hours of receipt.

If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase or you have simply changed your mind and would like to return it, please contact us as soon as possible via e-mail, stating that you wish to return an item. For a full refund of the item and original postage please return the goods within 14 working days (starting after the day of delivery).

Once you have contacted us, you must take reasonable care of the products that you wish to return and not use them.

We would ask you that please re-wrap any returns with the same level of care and attention as they were received, to ensure their safe arrival back to us. All fragile items must be securely packaged. So please keep all packing/wrapping of any item to return, including the original outer postage box. Otherwise, you will have to supply the outer postage box at your own cost.

You are required to pay for the return postage. We do not refund return postage.

You may have a full refund or exchange, only if items are returned to us unused and in perfect condition with the original packing within 14 days of receipt. If your returned items arrive to us within 7-14 days after you received your order, we will refund the item price only. Refunds can take up to 30 days.

With the exception of faulty items, error on our part or goods damaged in transit, return postage cannot be refunded.

When returning goods, we recommend using registered post and keep the Proof of Posting receipt as we cannot be held responsible for goods that do not reach us.
